Experience
Mr. Oviedo is an experienced lawyer focusing in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate, Banking, and Stock Market Law, and his main focus is on real estate and business financing.
He has substantial experience in complex transactions of Real Estate Law; for more than a decade, he has worked in financial operations for the acquisition, development, and construction of residential, tourism, and industrial projects.
Likewise, he provides a piece of advice on the constitution of property and condominium regimes for residential, industrial, and commercial real estate developments and has participated in matters of divestment of parceled lands of communal property, as well as in the formation of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
Additionally, Mr. Oviedo contributed to editing the book “Tax on Real Estate Acquisitions," whose author is Mr. Ángel Gilberto Adame López, notary, published by Porrúa editorial in 2017.
